I'm a Pharmacist turned Investor turned Agent specializing in STR, 1031's and buy & holds. I've had as many as 29 units and currently have 13 units. I've invested in Nevada in 2011-2012, Ohio 2015-2017, Pennsylvania 2018-2019 and locally. I work with out of state and in-state buyers and know the local market intimately. I'm a pharmacist by education and have transitioned into real estate full time so I'm able to work with clients to meet their needs.

Aaron was able to submit my offer quickly. He solved problems as they arose keeping the lines of communication open until we had a ratified contract. He continued to assist through out the closing process making it a lot less stressful for me. From wanting to make an offer to getting the keys, Aaron made it easy for me. Aaron did an awesome job helping me buy my first home! I was new to the area and he helped me narrow down where to look to fit my needs. The whole process was SO quick and smooth. I was all sorts of nervous going into a multiple offer situation, but he handled it like a pro and without any pressure. I couldn't have ask for a better experience!

Aaron was knowledgeable and metaphorically held our hand every step for our first-time home buying process (which included emails at all hours of the day full of every possible question). The sellers mentioned to us how Aaron had "done his homework by reading the fine print" and knew what elements of an offer were most important to them and helped us to highlight those in our bid. If you're looking for a professional real estate agent who is knowledgeable about the Charlottesville/surrounding area home market, look no further!

Aaron was by far the most professional, calm and thorough agent i have dealt with. He never pushed, hounded and forced transactions. He was respectful of my requirements, time and needs and did all he can to get the best deal possible. He went to incredible lengths to help me sort financing and helped me find an amazing deal. Aaron's interests are aligned with yours, he works a professional stable job outside of Real Estate so doesn't need your commissions to make ends meet. Its the perfect balance of a real estate agent that has your interests at heart without financial incentives to encourage cutting corners. He already has extensive experience in Real Estate and it shows within his execution of transactions. Excellent. Excellent. Excellent.
