Clever Investor refered me to the Mckernan Group Group as a potential buyer for a manufactured home I inherited in Hemet, Ca. after a lengthy probate that had mold in a 2006 addition to the home. No one had occupied the home for over 1.5 years. I sent Peter pics and an estimate to remediate the mold from a local licensed contractor. Peter ground his offer price down to approximately $130-$150 below what the property would sell for if it was perfect. He submitted his offerto me by email by the Mckernan Group and later switched it to Safehaven LLC as he was attempting to address my needs as a seller to properly disclose the mold issue on his CAR forms and fumbling around to do this. He advised me that he was a licensed real estate broker and to not worry. I advise him by email that he was operating as a buyer, then a seller, while fumbling around trying to disclose my mold issue as trustee to address my concern of not properly disclosing the mold and being sued. Never heard back from. Peter Mcketnan after I pointed out his CONFLICT OF INTEREST issue in dealing with me.
