Great Service and Fair Rates. I'm using Instalend for my Fix and Flips Projects. Sohin is Awesome and very responsive. They have good technology around their service which makes paperwork less stressful and quick. The Tech around their service speeds up funding to purchase and rehab draws. I'm impressed by their service. I recommend this company

Highly recommend working with Instalend for all your investment deals. Sohin has done over 20 of my own deals and has helped many of my real estate clients to help leverage money to build a real estate portfolio. After working with other lenders we determined Instalend was the best fit and had a great streamline process. Their fix and flip has helped my clients and I rehab several homes at the same time and helped pay for large construction budgets.
