As an agent, I get to help my clients achieve life-changing success through real estate. As an investor, I get to stay knowledgeable about what's working here in Northern Colorado, work on projects that improve the local community and economy, and build a portfolio that will set my family up for success for decades to come. I'm a REALTOR® and Broker Associate with the Crisafulli Team at the Crisafulli Group in Fort Collins, CO. I've had several friends and mentors over the years who taught me about real estate and equipped me to build my own thriving real estate portfolio. Also, I love my team. Sam was our guy and the whole team made selling our home easy! The care we received went above and beyond. Highly skilled, extremely personable, contentious, and we felt very comfortable leaving this in their hands. When issues needed to be addressed they were extremely connected with resources and did the heavy lifting that got us to finish line quickly and affordably. I will definitely use Sam and the Crisafulli group in the future!

Steve and the Crisafulli team essentially act as a boutique agency. We have worked with multiple realtor agencies across the country, and we are impressed by their rapid response times, attention to detail, and above and beyond services. You can tell they are looking out for you and your best interests. Highly recommend.

So amazing! We bought with Crisafulli Team this summer and it was such a wonderful experience. We primarily worked with Sam and he was so wonderful, knowledgeable and patient with us. We were first time homebuyers, and the team made the process feel so much more manageable and smooth. We even had to navigate some hiccups with some of our suppliers and Sam was so helpful through it all and made each bump in the road feel easy to navigate. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

My fiancee and I had the BEST experience working with the Crisafulli Team to buy our first home together. I can't recommend them enough! Their kindness, superb communication, responsiveness, and positivity somehow made the home-buying process actually fun. Closing day was one of the most fun & memorable days of my entire life and that's no exaggeration. Such a great team!!

Fantastic!!! We just bought and sold with the team. We primarily worked with Steve, and he was so knowledgeable about the market and everything along the way. We had some hiccups along the way that Steve helped us navigate seamlessly. He was always ready to talk things through and help at every point. We truly couldn’t imagine doing this without him! We also had amazing experiences with the entire team and would recommend them 10x over. This was our second time working with them (just sold our first home).

Truly one of the best real estate teams out there. I can't recommend them enough! They helped us navigate the many nuances and complexities of the home-buying process and guided us through every step. They kept us from ending up in bad situations and never made us feel pressured to close on a deal just for the sake of getting it done.
Instead, they consistently reassured us that the right house would come along. When our dream home finally hit the market, they were absolute rockstars and moved incredibly quickly to help us get it.
Although everyone on the Crisafulli team is wonderful, I want to give a huge shoutout to Trinity, Sam, and Danny. They advocated for us every step of the way, and it was clear they had our best interests at heart.
If you're looking for a team that's knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping you find the right home, not just any home, you won't find a better team :)

My house sold in January and I have nothing but good things to say about the Crisafulli crew - I worked mostly with Steve Shafer, but everyone I interacted with on the team was excellent. Steve answered every question I could possibly have had (and some I'd never have thought of) as I was exploring whether or not to sell. Then, once the decision was made and I was getting ready to list, my dad died unexpectedly and I had to leave town for an unknown amount of time. I let Steve know and he quickly moved up everything (inspection, photos, sewer scope, etc) so that we could get things on the market two weeks sooner than planned and I could leave knowing everything was taken care of. Steve warned me that trying to sell over the holidays might be slow, but the first folks who came by after the open house made a good offer, and bing bang boom it was done so much more smoothly than I expected. A+, 5 stars, would use Crisafulli Team forever if I hadn't moved out of state. Good humans, great communication, no shenanigans, pros all around.

From their patience with house shopping, to expertise on putting in an offer, to the final closing; I couldn’t have asked for a better team. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to the Crisafulli Team for helping us to find the perfect home! I have purchased more than 20 homes and investment properties, and this was by far my best realtor experience ever! I was unfamiliar with Fort Collins when my 12 year old son and I started our search. The team patiently toured us over 9 months and helped us to find the perfect location.
Danny, Trinity and Jocelyn were all incredible to work with and I cannot begin to thank them for everything they did. This team takes home searching and relationship building to the next level! They even helped us to find a house cleaner, handyman and lawn help once we settled in Fort Collins. We love our new home and it has changed our lives! Thank you!!!

There are not enough glowing, sensational, and truly remarkable things I can say about the Crisafulli Real Estate team in Fort Collins. My wife and I didn't feel ready to buy when we started working with Sam and his wonderful colleagues. Regardless, we were offered endless support, education, and genuine companionship through our growth and understanding of the market and process. I would need a full-page article to explain in detail how tremendous this team is, but in an effort to be concise, you won't find a more honest, upstanding, and trustworthy team any time you buy a house. I will always be their biggest advocate. Thanks team!
