I had a horrible experience they don't care about you at all. The tenant above us was harassing us and destroying the outside of the property and our property outside. I sent photos and had six police reports and what did Copeland Morgan do they gave us a non-renewal of our lease after 2 years of on time rent payments and they just got rid of both occupants us and upstairs to solve the problem instead of handling it like professionals. These are photos of the damage and bullying done to us by this unstable man upstairs,but Copeland Morgan did not care!! Plus we just needed one more day at the end of our lease to get out and they didn't even go the legal route. With a non-renewal of lease if the tenant isn't gone you have to you have to evict them through the court, they didn't even do that they didn't check to see if we were gone they didn't do any communication!! We came home from work and they changed the locks on us and kept a lot of our property inside the unit that is very illegal. But at least we're happy now and something good came out of a horrible experience when we have a new home and we can be free so this review is closure
