About us
I am an investor agent. I was an investor first and got my license right at the top of the 2008 crash. I started working with the out of state 'cash vultures' and have enjoyed a high volume business ever since (over 1200 closings). I've literally 'been around the block,' and bring priceless market knowledge to my clients. In 2021 I formed a small out-of-state investor focused team after moving to EXP Realty. The team systems and vendor network are set up to maximize profit and minimize effort for our clients. There's a lot of opportunity here right now, primarily anchored by the healthcare, academic and tech sectors. I am personally vested, so I appreciate the risks involved. Our approach is defined by transparency and strategic input; we put relationships before any immediate sale. My team and I are here to help our clients build wealth with real estate. One thing I especially appreciate is their thorough walkthrough process. They take the time to identify potential issues with each property, which has helped me avoid several costly mistakes. Their attention to detail and honest advice have been invaluable.
Alicia is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about her clients. I highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking for a realtor who will truly look out for them.

Alicia and her team are top notch! They work great with investors and homeowners alike, and are on top of all things related to the transaction. Alicia is the most knowledgeable and effective investment real estate agent around. Not only is she and investor herself, but she knows a good deal when she sees one ! She works for her commissions as well, blasting your properties for sale, or finding you deeply discounted properties. She can help you close your next deal smoothly and at a good price.

I needed someone who could assist me with a single-family home investment property within the greater St. Louis market area since I was an out-of-town investor. Alicia took the time to meet with me and show me specific sub-market areas that would meet my investment criteria. I found Alicia to be extremely knowledgeable about the general real estate market, and more specifically, the market from an investor's perspective (i.e., required returns, cap rates, risk, etc.). Not only is Alicia familiar with values, she is a pro with contracts, negotiations, local government, Section 8, and a great source for general resources. Alicia also did a great job leading with the due diligence process. I would clearly recommend Alicia and I would definitely have Alicia represent me for additional investment assets. Alicia has a great sense of humor which is also a big plus!
