About us
My name is DJ Dawson I have been a real estate professional since 2019! I bought my first fix & flip in spring 2019 and haven't looked back since completing 15 as of Dec 2022. I got my license admittedly to sell my own flips but quickly while there's a large number of real estate salespeople there's not nearly enough investors that conduct SALES! I have tailored my business to suit investors who are looking for their first, third, or thirty real estate deal and like to dive into the metrics of the deal to help my clients get the most of their investment!

My husband and I met DJ at a real estate meetup. When we decided to sell our house, we listed with DJ. At our initial meeting he helped us develop a plan to get the best offer possible. He did a great job of walking us through the whole process and was always available for any questions that came up along the way. We decided to make a few updates before listing, and he assisted getting that set up for us. On several occasions he even met the workers, and also the appraiser, at our house to 'babysit' our dog because my husband and I both worked and couldn't be at home. His expertise had our home priced right which allowed us to receive multi offers within the first few days of listing. I can't say enough great things about DJ!

DJ is an exceptional real estate agent and was instrumental at helping us purchase our real estate property. In addition, his background and knowledge as a real estate investor provided invaluable insight. He is professional, honest, responsive, and motivated. He’s had our best interest in mind and served as our advocate throughout the entire process from our initial meeting when we discussed our goals, to the search of properties, reviewing disclosures and inspection reports, negotiating with seller agents, all the way to closing. I plan to work with him again in the future.

DJ was very easy to work with and reliable. He always responded quickly to my questions and ensured our 21-day close went smoothly. His team was on point. He understood the Sacramental real estate market can gave good advice. He's very knowledgeable on ADUs and provided great insight at every home we toured.
