Was going through Zillow and wanted to see if a house had blueprints or a floor plan we could look at. Zillow called us back and connected us with Michelle R from Inspire Reality Group. Took 3 minutes out of her day to figure out if this house had a floor plan and she called back saying that it’s a photography upgrade for a floor plan and the house we were looking at didn’t pay for the upgrade. I said oh that’s okay, thank you though. She asked if we were looking and I told her yes but no thank you to this house. She copped an attitude and rudely asked “well why are you even looking at houses and calling around if you’re not even going to see them?” First off ma’am I’m not wasting my time and energy with a house that doesn’t even have floor plans. We have specific needs and truly it’s none of your business otherwise. This lady needs to take a class on social skills and customer service because this is not how you handle a call with a potential customer. Never, will I ever recommend this reality group. Update: I applaud the apology from the director of operations and I thank you for apologizing for your co-worker’s behavior. This is a competitive field and this interaction immediately turned me away from your company. Genuinely my point being is to help them improve their customer service skills and learn from their mistakes. Maybe taking a class for customer service skills could be beneficial for them and your business.
