Andrew Dorazio has transacted the following strategies: fix and flip, buy and hold, BRRR, STR, MTR, LTR, house-hacking, and 1031 tax exchange. He is a former Army officer and long-time real estate broker, investor, and property manager in the Chicagoland area with over a decade of experience. He is a high touch broker known for his extensive knowledge of real estate investing and loves being on the ground with his clients to help them buy, sell or rent their homes. Andrew is passionate about helping everyone from the first-time home buyer all the way to the experienced real estate investor achieve their goals. As a seasoned real estate professional, he recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him and strives every day to exceed their expectations. As a veteran himself, Andrew takes pride in helping other Heroes in their real estate journey and is dedicated to tirelessly serving their needs! He has helped many veterans leverage their VA loan to buy 2-4 unit multi family homes. Andrew is also an avid investor himself, owning over 70 multi family units across different markets, multiple short term rentals in Nashville, Jacksonville and El Paso, and is overseeing 2 rehab projects in Chicago's West Town neighborhood. He has also published two children's books to help promote financial literacy at a young age. He is passionate about helping others and dedicates a good portion of his time helping others achieve financial freedom through real estate investing. Andrew graduated with a degree in economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Andrew was easy to work with and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable on the main factors like furnace, a/c system, electrical, and more. He made sure we knew as much as we could about the house and gave me insight on what to look for when looking at homes. We seen every house we sent him pretty quick, and if he couldn’t someone on his team could. Very happy with how everything worked out.

Worked with Andrew at Dorazio to close on a mixed-use property in West Town. Process was smooth start to finish- he was communicative, knew the market, and made a complicated deal feel manageable. Would recommend without hesitation. He was also very patient with me as I looked at multiple places over a 6 month period.

I recently purchased a 2-unit building through Dorazio Real Estate and I cannot say enough great things about my experience both during and after the process. From the very beginning, the team at Dorazio took the time to walk me through every detail of buying a multi-unit property, making sure I truly understood what I was getting into. But what really sets them apart is what happened after closing. Most agents hand you the keys and disappear, but not Dorazio. They have continued to be a resource for me, answering my questions and offering guidance as I navigate property ownership for the first time. It's rare to find a real estate team that genuinely invests in their clients' long-term success rather than just the transaction. Dorazio Real Estate has earned a customer for life, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to buy especially first-time investors stepping into multi-family properties. I am just starting the house hunting process and so far, it has been a great experience because of Andrew. Andrew is amazing and you can tell he has your best interest in mind at all times. He’s extremely knowledgeable and really understands the VA home process and the nuances. There is no one in Chicago that I’d rather work with and 100% would recommend him to any of my family or friends.

I have worked with Dorazio’s team for 2 years. He helped me to buy two multi family properties in Chicago and now helped me to manage both properties. Property buying experience with him was really smooth. He can effectively filter through the deals and use his connections to find off market deals. He did financial analysis of the deals and made his recommendations. I am satisfied with the two deals that I end up buying. Regarding property management, His team is very responsible and responsive. Whenever I have questions or concerns, he made sure he can address them properly.
I would definitely recommend him as your agent.

Andrew went above and beyond in every capacity as our agent throughout the entire buying process. My wife and I were in the process of moving from out of state, and had to coordinate a ton with Andrew - he was on top of communication during every stage, and was proactive in making the buying process seamless. He even was at our closing to celebrate, another testament that he truly cares helping people find the right place!
