Sean and his team were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and thorough in preparing my cost segregation study. I talked to several advisors and Maven really stood out as knowing their stuff and clearing staying abreast of the current guidance. Great experience with Maven. Constant communication, they were willing to setup a call with me prior to committing to explaining everything to me. Sean and his entire team were very professional in guiding us through our first cost seg analysis. Sean helped us find a product that was the best fit for us and ended up being a lesser expensive option and we appreciated that honesty. We will definitely consider using Maven again when we build our next investment property.

We had a great cost seg experience with Sean and team. They saved us honestly. We'd been under the false impression for years that a cost seg wasn't worthwhile for our STR given its high land value. Sean set us straight and was professional throughout the painless process which took only a few weeks. In the end, the bonus depreciation ended up being a bit less than the estimate but was still 6-figures and offset what was going to be a big tax year. We've recommended Maven to others based on our experience.
