Asked me to change the time of my scheduled tour within 2 hours of when it was supposed to be, then texted me as I was leaving for the re-scheduled tour telling me to call them, only for them to say they would not show up for the tour unless I ran a credit check first. What a joke.

Highly dissappointed with the miscommunication and lack of transparency with this company. Me and my fiancé applied for this house in Hazelwood, I loved it. The leasing agent Jenn was very nice and understanding. I explained to her that we are near desperate to move in immediately because of a random rodent problem in my duplex and having a 1 year old in that environment was unfortunate. Had us apply, told me that with my credit and income it’s very highly that we would get approved and be able to move in immediately. Took both of our application fees knowing they had another candidate for the property. Led us on for an entire week. Marissa ended up reaching out to finish my screening and other things needed in order to process application and ghost us until I tried to call and was led to email them (the company email and her personal) because the property was still available on the site and it wasn’t until I did that where she finally replies and tells us that they have an candidate that is basically more qualified than we were. I go look on the website immediately after email and it wasn’t until then that the property was no longer available. I told her I don’t appreciate the lack of transparency and miscommunication knowing my personal situation on top of having an outstanding background with credit, renting and everything; I also requested a refund! Marissa and the company are not for the people but for the money and themselves. She denies our refund and tells me she can transfer my application over to another property knowing that I wouldn’t qualify for the available rentals that are out of our price range. I am highly disappointed with this company. I would not recommend. I’m only giving a 2 star because Jenn was very nice even though she could of possibly been misleading me as well.

Hi- quick question: I’m just wondering if you are ever going to find the time to get around to fixing my broken, unusable cabinets or eradicating the actual *fungus* growing in the basement of the property my family and I are renting? We have small children and I am genuinely concerned that what is happening in the basement could be harmful to our health. We have sent in multiple requests for months now and nobody has done ANYTHING. This is unprofessional and shameful. It is evident you do not care about your properties or the tenants that inhabit them.

This experience has been very unprofessional. Before I was even able to tour the property, a neighbor approached me and shared concerning information about the agency and the landlord. I had been in contact with them for approximately three and a half weeks regarding another property. However, Haven’t heard anything back after emailing and calling over and over but once I requested a refund, they then claimed that I did not qualify for the property, which was never mentioned prior to my refund request.

!!!! Don’t ever rent off of K&S Property Management they are awful . I moved out a month ago and I got my check for my security deposit back today out of a $1395 security deposit. really gave me back a check for $95 saying the $1300 that they kept was for repairs and damages now please tell me what damages that you see here because this is absolutely crazy mind you the reason that my house got broken into is because I had a back door that the lock has been broken on that they never fixed that I told them multiple times about fixing I repeat do not rent from them they are terrible .
