When working with clients, whether they are a first time home buyer, developer, or a long term buy and hold investor, we have one mission, to help them prepare for the future. For most individuals, their home is the biggest and best asset in their portfolio. We want to make sure you are making the best decision possible. When we are evaluating a home or a deal, we will be looking at the four most important factors of real estate in BPG's mind: LOCATION: Where do you truly want to live? Is it a certain school system? Maybe you are a dog person and dog parks are key, OR, rentability to potential tenants. Potential APPRECIATION: Where are we seeing the largest growth year over year? Again, this comes down to finding the best area possible for your particular price point. Investment Long Term: Where do we see this asset to be in the future and how is it going to perform in our portfolio. We are looking at the following: Cash Flow, appreciation, tax depreciation, and equity paydown. EXIT STRATEGY: What is our long term play? IS this our forever home, temporary housing and then plan on renting it out? Or potentially reselling and upgrading once our situation changes? Having the best possible exit strategy is critical! With the knowledge of the DMV market, BPG uses these same strategies as we continue to grow our own portfolio and helping others build wealth through real estate. Not only do we think real estate is the bridge to financial freedom, but also the bridge between communities. BPG as a whole, lead by Peter for my property sale, did a fantastic job with prepping, listing, marketing, and closing. On top of that, they’re great people to get to know on a personal level. Absolutely recommend and suggest attending the monthly meetups as well to network further.

We worked with Michael Cook to purchase our first home and it was an absolutely amazing experience. We decided to relocate with short notice, and Michael was able to assist us in finding the perfect place in a short timeline. Michael was incredibly quick to respond to any of our questions and needs and provided us with a great deal of information regarding the Shenandoah Valley Housing Market. I recommend Michael for all of your real estate needs!

As a first time home buyer looking to get my real estate portfolio started, Alex York, Cassidy Burns, the BPG team were nothing short of amazing from first meeting them and explaining my goals, to closing on my first DC condo. Alex is a wealth of information and extremely experienced- he was able to answer any and all questions I had during the search for a great property, and during the entire process of obtaining an amazing property that he helped me find. Alex is transparent, patient, calm and extremely competent, and will go above and beyond to walk you through each step of the process at your comfort level. I barely feel like I did anything, and now I have a great condo in a great location and could not be happier.
I am absolutely coming back to Alex and his team for any future real estate goals, and would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends and family. Working with Michael Cook was absolutely amazing! As a first time investor, his knowledge of the market and short term rentals in general was so VERY helpful! He was extremely patient and was always willing to give advice that would or wouldn't put me in a bad spot with my first STR. He went through countless properties with me, constant questions, and phone calls, and never once became impatient. He was truly a please to work with and I can't wait to do the next one with him!! Thank you!!

I worked with Bryant and felt like I had a great, knowledgeable partner throughout my first-time homebuyer experience. He struck a good balance between giving me space to ponder and make decisions and recommending moves to make. The staff at BPG residential who helped throughout were organized and knowledgeable as well. I was also really happy with the other services they recommended, for title and home inspection.

Cassidy helped me purchase my first home. Him and Sara were extremely responsive, professional, and patient throughout the whole process. Cassidy also took the time out to advise me rather than just try and close on any deal. Look forward to doing more business with him.
