Chris Good did a great job working with me under the difficult circumstances of having a limited number of listings to work with. However, despite this, he helped me come to a good decision about the property I settled on. He also did a wonderful job connecting me up with all the services I needed to fully vet the property and make repairs and adjustments prior to and after the sale. I would recommend Chris whole-heartedly and would call upon his services again with my real estate needs.

The last 4 months has been quite an exciting journey with Chris in finding my investment property. He was consistent and helped me all the way until we landed a real estate deal. His polite and friendly disposition separates him from other investment property agents I dealt with in the past. Chris is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” working for you. He really cares about his clients and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker. I was able to get my first investment property under contract in less than a month due to Chris.
