My mom recently passed away and left me her house. I was completely overwhelmed and contacted Luke. He handled everything including the complete clean out with a free dumpster. He also took care of minor repairs with a deep cleaning. The house was listed and within one day we had multiple offers and a bidding war with the selling price much higher than what the asking price. Luke even provided the closing Lawyer. I never lifted a finger other than signing my name. I couldn't be happier with Luke and Naples Reality!

Buying my first home was one of the most exciting yet overwhelming experiences of my life, and I truly don’t think I could have done it without Tracy. She was there for every late-night call, every moment of doubt, and every question, no matter how small. She calmed my nerves, walked me through each step with so much patience, and never once made me feel alone in the process.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Dom Santaniello and Naples Realty. They not only helped us find a beautiful home but also made sure we got it at a fair price. When the appraisal came in lower than the selling price, Dom went to bat for us and negotiated with the sellers to match the appraised value — no higher. That kind of honesty and dedication is rare these days.
Dom and his team have truly earned our business for life. They’re beyond trustworthy and always put their clients’ best interests first. On top of that, they created the most amazing drone footage and video when selling our previous home, helping us get top dollar.
We’re so grateful we chose Naples Realty — highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the area.

Alex Hiller made my 6 month house hunting adventure great. He was able to wade through my inability to figure out what I was looking for in a house by using what I(we) learned about my priorities with each house and tailoring the next one to fit that criteria while wittling it down to a few key must-haves.
Additionally in this ludicrous market of houses disappearing within days of appearing of being listed he was able to get us into showings sometimes even the day it showed up.
Overall, he's very patient, quick responding, and not best of all not pushy.
He also told me sometime soon he would have a list of respectable contractors for various new owner tasks that he has had positive experiences with.

Thank you to Brett Merrill and Brittany Sullivan Merrill of Naples Realty Group! It was quite a journey, and they patiently guided us through the process, answered all of our questions, and were always available for texts and calls. I knew they were the realtors for us the first time they walked through our house and were so encouraging about its appeal and value... and they were right! From the beautiful video, photos and social media posts to the final cleanout help by providing dumpsters, they were always working for us. Our buyers are just who we had hoped for: a family who loves our house (almost) as much as we do!
