My background began with a military PCS to Fort Bragg, where I served in the SOF community and started renovating homes between deployments. Today, I work extensively with military families relocating to Moore County, SOF candidates attending qualification courses, and out-of-state investors seeking strong returns in a growing market. Working with Abe was incredible from start to finish. His in depth knowledge of the local area combined with his years of experience made every part of the process feel informed and strategic. The depth of his knowledge combined with his open-minded and considerate approach place him miles above other realtors. He never once pushed us in a direction that didn't fit our needs.
On top of it all, being a military family required flexibility on his part that he understood and fulfilled.
Lastly, Abe is connected to a wide network of highly rated resources in the area that all provided excellent service to put it lightly.
If you're looking for someone who is honest, patient, and flexible, combined with a wealth of resources, experience, drive, you've found him.

Abe provided exceptional service from start to finish. He took care of every issue that arose, making the selling experience completely painless and straightforward. Abe has been the best in helping me buy and sell. He understands what I wanted and the timeline was crucial. He pulled it off by selling my home within 2weeks. He has worked with every aspect from the inspection to getting me a closing date that I wanted. I would recommend him for your buyer and seller needs . He is awesome!

Abe is the best! He is extremely knowledgeable not only with buying and selling, but also updating and remodeling. He is resourceful and provided great recommendations on how to transform any of the houses we considered buying and make them feel like home. He is honest with his opinions and always transparent. Abe goes out of his way to find answers to any and all questions and never left us hanging during the house hunt, buying process, and beyond.
He had excellent communication right from the start! After submitting an online listing inquiry at 10:30pm, he promptly contacted me right away and scheduled a showing the following day. Abe always made himself available regardless of how busy he was, and he made us feel like we were his only clients. Abe did an outstanding job and I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!!
