I’ve purchased primary homes in the past, but this was my first time buying an investment property to use as a rental. David made the process smooth and educational from start to finish. He helped me find a duplex and provided both short- and long-term financial analysis, which not only gave me confidence in this purchase but also taught me how to evaluate future opportunities.

I spent a lot of time putting a deal together with my agent and lender and when my lender began to fall behind on work and communication my agent Cheyenne never lost her cool. I credit her with keeping my deal from falling apart and not letting me lose my earnest money deposit and time invested into the deal. She went above and beyond by pushing my lender to keep moving forward and addressing questions and concerns to help get my deal closed. I'm grateful she was on my team and I'm certainly looking forward to doing more business with her and the Cash Flow Nation Team in the future.

Just closed on two properties in the St Louis area. The entire selling process was seamless and painless, thanks to David O and his team. The time from when I first contacted him until I closed on the properties was a little over two months. Both properties were occupied during this time and David arranged it so that there was minimal inconvenience to the tenants. Highly recommend David O and his team! Thank you!

I highly recommend David Ounanian and his Wealth Agents team. I'd been doing research and analysis for about two years, and finally got myself in a position to purchase. I found David on Bigger Pockets. After we had an inial meeting, he paired with a member of his Wealth Agents team and I was able to get all the support I needed to purchase my first investment property--long distance! David's team has been very responsive and supportive. I could not have done this without their guidance and help. The rehab estimator that David provided through his fantastic course on RE investing, which I got access to by working with him, really helped me when it came down to evaluating deals. I'm excited to do my next STL deal, and I'll definitely be doing it with David Ounanian and Wealth Agents!

I would highly recommend David Ounanian and Leah Agnew at Wealth Agents! We just closed today on a great investment property that they helped us find. They are really great to work with and provide a lot of resources and guidance! They made it possible for us to find a property without being there physically which was a huge help to us. If you are new to investing or new to investing in St. Louis they also are very helpful with connecting you to all the right local companies and providing you tools for everything. Will definitely be using them going forward to buy more investment properties!
