I had no issue leasing through this company. There were no unexpected fees so rent was the same every month. Customer service has been great. I recently moved out of the unit and received my deposit back, in full, within a week of my lease end.

Teri was my biggest advocate. Very professional and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with her and she was very honest which is MOST important to me. I bought this home on my own and she was even there for me when I was signing the papers. She stayed the whole time and reviewed the papers with me to make sure they were accurate. Don't know too many realtors that would do that. I really think she was as excited for me as I was about finalizing the sale of my new home. I am blessed and thankful to have had her as my realtor.

Please know that Gerry Jones of Century 21 Mike Bowman Inc is the best realtor in all of DFW. She is very personable, professional, detail oriented and guided me in the process of both selling and purchasing a home. As I had never done either she guided me on every step in the process. I never thought should I be doing something or not as she was taking care of me in every step in the process. I would never try to sell or buy without a realtor like Gerry Jones. She has been in the business many years and knows very well how to keep my interest in front of every decision. I highly recommend Gerry Jones to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Exceptional Service! In December, I had the pleasure of meeting with Quamesiha and I knew from the meeting she would be FAMILY. She was very knowledgeable about buying/selling homes. She provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service by thoroughly explaining the home selling process and what to expect.
During the process, she was very professional by promptly responding to all my questions and concerns. Quamesiha exceeded all my expectations! John listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect home. He also worked with a local lender to ensure that I was fully pre-qualified so I could be in a great position to put in an offer on my dream home. All of this paid off and he got me the house I wanted for $10k under asking price which is nearly unheard of in this market. If you are looking for your new home in the Dallas area, I would highly recommend John Mays!!

One and done! Selling your home is not supposed to be THAT easy but with Century 21 Mike Bowman group's representative ROBERT WELCH, it absolutely was. Robert guided us through the entire process, recommending things we needed to do prior to the sale and guess what..the FIRST showing was the LAST showing! $ O L D. That's what it's all about. Give Robert a call for your real estate needs!
