Extremely unprofessional experience. Once we were under contract, the house was neglected, the pipes froze and burst, and both the seller and seller’s agent refused to do anything about it. We were forced to spend our own time and resources trying to unfreeze the pipes. On top of that, they let the fuel tank run dry, so we had to add fuel and re-bleed the system ourselves, taking up even more of our time.
