I had kind of a special, complicated situation with a condo that was slow to sell, but Bart Pany explained the options and helped me navigate the Hurst Buy Before You Sell process smoothly so I was able to get the house I wanted. I looked into several different companies' buy-before-you-sell plans, and Hurst's was by far the best deal. In addition, Bart helped keep this on track and always got back to me super fast, about every little thing, every step of the way.
I have already recommended Bart and the Hurst Buy Before You Sell program to people I know and will continue to do so.

Working with John and his team was great, 10/10 recommend! They helped my clients buy their new home prior to selling their current with the creative financing of a bridge loan. The team truly made what could've been a complicated process very simple and smooth. They met very tight deadlines but it felt effortless which all of us in real estate transactions are so thankful for when it happens. The more effortless the transaction, the harder the behind the scenes work it involves. I'll for sure be looking to John and his team to help future clients!

Hurst Lending was an answer to prayer! Allowed us to buy our dream home while we were still remodeling our home to sell - plus allowed us to save $ with an equivalent-to-cash offer - plus close quickly! The interest we paid during the "bridge loan" was greatly offset by the reduced purchase price that the loan helped us to negotiate. Additionally, Jay and his team are super responsive and helpful. They understandably need lots of documents, but the lending portal is SO easy to use -- I did much of it just on my phone! We were so happy with the "buy before we sold" loan that we financed our conventional loan with them after our other home sold. I'm so thankful that this lender exists for credit needs exactly like mine! Highly recommend!!!! Thank you so much, Jay and team. (Picture of our gorgeous new home - only possible with their help!)

Jay and his team were very competent and professional throughout my loan process. Everyone knows that you have to provide a ton of information in the process but they asked for everything upfront and followed up as soon as they were aware of any missing items. We had minimal correspondence in the last 2 weeks prior to closing as everything was wrapped up. Our title company and real estate agent enjoyed working with them as well. I highly recommend Hurst Lending for your next loan.

Jay helped my wife and I purchase our primary. We had a unique situation that stumped other lenders. But Jay found a way to navigate the situation and get us a an owner occupied loan when others couldn't or wouldn't. Their Dominate with Cash product is also what helped us get our offer accepted. Otherwise we were competing with cash offers we couldn't make.
We also were able to talk about investment loans, and I will definitely be coming to them with any deals that I pursue. They have so many options, I don't know why we wouldn't use them!

I found Jay via BiggerPockets when I was confused b/w different lenders for my investment property. Jay contacted via BP, and gave me some options and insights into lending strategies which was very helpful in making my decisions on time. He was open, giving so many options, and was not pushy -- which is the main thing I look for in any business. Jay is very knowledgeable, professional, and closes on time. He was always there to answer my questions, have deep analysis sessions, and made sure I understood stuffs with greater clarity. Would definitely recommend them for your next deal!

Jay is God-sent. I have found him and his team easy to work with. We nearly got into a difficult situation during the refinance of two of our rental properties we acquired as newbie investors. Jay and his team saved the day and got us to where we needed to be. Their "double close" strategy ensured that we didn't have to wait for the 12 month seasoning period to refinance into a conventional loan. The experience was so good to the extent that him and his team just funded our new flip. I highly recommend him.

Jay and his team were easy to work with, professional and communicative at every point of the process, and funded my loan on time as expected. Outside of that, it's nice to have a professional relationship with a lender where I don't have to have all of the ideas. Jay's a pro and has a large tool bag of options for home buyers and investors. He and his team are more than the usual order taker that I have experienced with lenders in past purchases.
