About us
Kyle Olson is the founder of the Beyond Homes Team at Keller Williams Classic Realty NW, focusing on taking each client’s real estate experience beyond their expectations. After thirteen-plus years of experience in the industry, he possesses creative negotiation skills, an ability to focus on solutions rather than problems, and empathy for his clients and their unique needs. During his career, he has helped hundreds of people buy, sell, and/or invest in real estate in all areas of the Twin Cities, with an emphasis on the western and northwestern suburbs. Having grown up in Maple Grove and graduating from the University of St. Thomas, Kyle has thorough knowledge and a deep appreciation for everything that makes the Twin Cities a great place to call home. His experience as a catcher playing baseball throughout high school and college (culminating in a 2001 National Baseball Championship win at St. Thomas) has cultivated his strong communication skills and ability to see the end result and the steps necessary to get there successfully. Kyle lives in Maple Grove with his 3 boys; Vann, Sam and Asher.

Kyle and Laura of Beyond Homes did an excellent job of explaining, marketing, and selling our home. The entire process was painlessly simple. And, the results were above expectations. The initial meeting to an accepted offer was much quicker than we anticipated. The communications and step by step process made for a thorough, detailed, and less stressful outcome to marketing our home than we thought it would be. We highly recommend utilizing their services.

I recently worked with Kyle and Laura to support the sale of my home. I had worked with them several years prior, and had a wonderful experience with them then, and had an even better experience this time around. I felt supported, understood, and valued as a client. Even more, Kyle and Laura helped me when my stress levels became a bit too elevated throughout the process. They guided me through every step of the way, and I maintained full trust in them, given their extensive market knowledge and straightforward approach to educating me, as the client, on what to expect. I fully recommend working with Kyle and Laura for your buying or selling needs. Having now worked with them on both sides of that process, they did not disappoint. I think my favorite part was that they did not overpromise and underdeliver, as some individuals often do or try. Rather, they were always up front with me, and answered every question I threw at them. They are an amazing team, and I look forward to working with them again, once I am ready to reenter the housing market - thanks again, you both are amazing!

Kyle and Laura with the Beyond Homes Team did an excellent job selling our rental property. We really appreciated their attention to detail and ability to manage a sale with renters in place. They communicated well with our tenants to set up showings and kept everyone informed throughout the process. We'd highly recommended Kyle and Laura.

We had the pleasure to purchase our first home recently (closed May 25). We started in fall of '24 working with Kyle and Laura. Having it be our first time, Kyle and Laura were fantastic in walking us through the process. Being brand new, we had plenty of questions and they answered all of them quickly and clearly. Kyle and Laura each bring something special and unique to the table and that makes their partnership work so well in garnering the best deal along with seamless processing. From start to finish they were there every step of the way, even through our burdensome questions. We will 100% work with the Beyond Homes team in the future and we will suggest our friends and family to give them a shot.

You will not regret a home buying or selling experience with Kyle and Laura. They take the time to get to know you and the personal experiences around buying and selling homes for you so they can do the best job possible. They are truly experts in their field and the cities/suburbs areas (and even more expanded now), and add much more insights above and beyond what the relator training would provide. They have connections and friends they can ask for insight in almost every avenue, including inspectors, flooring installers, electricians, etc. Every person they recommended to us was as awesome as they are. They are both detail oriented and efficient and fast - they are so responsive and really keep the process moving for you. They did not push and would give legitimate feedback to my husband and I on the home we were discussing, not just simply looking at the good in the home so they could make a sale. They follow up after the sale is all said and done as well. I don't think you need to think twice about working with the Beyond Homes team, they are some of the best in the business.

Kyle and Laura made our home buying the greatest experience. Their guidance and communication exceeded every expectation and they protected our interests as sellers as well with their understanding of the complex processes we encountered. They broke everything down into digestible information so we never felt like we didn’t know what was happening.
We won’t ever consider another team to work with again in the future. Kyle and Laura are the absolute best! We cannot thank them enough for everything they’ve done to get us into our dream home.
