Just wanted to share how great our experience was working with Mekkel. From the start, he was super helpful and always quick to respond to any of our questions. He provided us with tons of resources, tips, and tricks along the way—which was a life-saver, especially since it's our first time investing.
We always felt in the loop because he kept us updated every step of the way, and his friendly attitude made the whole process way less stressful. I’d recommend Mekkel to anyone, but if you’re a first-time investor, you’ll feel supported and comfortable working with him!

Mekkel was a fantastic real estate agent who was there with us every step of the way! As young investors we really appreciated his expertise as Mekkel is an investor himself and has a plethora of knowledge to share. There were many times we were uncertain if the numbers would pan out or what was valuable to prospective tenants, but we could always lean Mekkel for his experience and honest opinion about the situations at hand. Mekkel is the best in the business. Start to finish exceptional response time, showing availability and expert insights. He was so kind, informational, and attentive to our needs.
