Dave can also act as a one-stop shop for all your needs. He partners with several licensed contractors and full renovation crews. They will provide written quotes and perform any work needed to fix the property. Dave specializes in finding turnkey rental property opportunities with an average 17-23% ROI. He can also find long-term seller finance opportunities to landlords and property owners with a usual rate of return between 10-15% APR. David is very knowledgeable in the neighborhoods, knows what to check in a property, and is helpful in the purchase negotiation and process.

I have been working with Dave for almost 2 years now. He has been my real estate agent for the last few rentals. It has been an absolute blessing to have him as my realtor. He is very knowledgeable and always on top of things. He helped me to walk through before buying the rentals specifying what's good / not good with the unit and also giving me rough ideas about how much it will cost to fix them. What I like most about Dave is his patience and his ability to respond to my questions in detail. He understand his customer's needs and is readily available to show homes until the customer finds the perfect one.

Dave is the best real estate broker I have ever worked with in Detroit. He has been my go-to person for all my buying and selling real estate needs for the past few years, and he never disappoints. He is always super responsive and gets deals closed. He knows the market inside and out, and he always has my best interest at heart. I get pitched by tons of other agents and brokers, but I never even consider switching to anyone else, because Dave is just so good at his job. He is not only a professional, but also a friend.
