Toured a listing twice, asked both times to different agents if anyone had passed in the house. Agent said NO DEATHS. Find out AFTER earnest money was applied that in fact the owner PASSED. Really embarrassing that multiple agents have no knowledge of such an incident for a listing their company represents. Ultimately bought the house, still have not moved in yet... hope this works. I DO NOT RECCOMEND Jordan Bennett to any prospective clients. From an sellers aspect if they are so incompetent at their job, can you really trust them to sell your home?!?
