Jordan and his team did a great job at meeting our needs and communicating clearly thru every step of our buying and selling process. They were receptive to our ideas and needs, and their knowledge and expertise helped guide us to reach the goals we wanted in the smartest ways. They handled every step of the selling process, and were able to sell the house in 1 week 15K above asking price. Would totally use them again.

Jordan Bennet and his team were excellent from start to finish. Jordan is professional, effective, and his evaluation and understanding of the market is expert. His recommendations for pricing were expectant and spot on. We sold a home from out of state and the process was seamless. We had to do quite a bit of renovations and Jordan, and his team were excellent at communicating every step, and going above and beyond to get the job done, including finding contractors that were well priced and did quality and timely work. We selected Jordan after interviewing 3 top producing realtors in the area and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We highly recommend Jordan and his team – they are top notch!

Jordan and his associates take away the headaches out of the home buying and honestly I’d say purchasing a home really comes down to surrounding yourself with a good team, who understands your needs, supports them, and doesn’t push you just to sell you a home, but to guide you in the right direction for buying what suited your needs best. Jordan and his team provide that! Destanie Montana in particular was an essential part of my purchase through them. If you’re in this crazy CA market looking for a home, call their team and specifically ask for Destanie. You’ll thank me later.

I recently retired and wanted to sell my home quickly so I could move out of state. I even considered E-buyers but Jordan Bennett convinced me that he and his team can sell my house very quickly and for a better price. Within 3 weeks of signing up with Jordan, I was able to have my first open house weekend and received multiple offers and sold my house far above my asking price.
Jorden and his team helped me price my home correctly, make the appropriate repairs and decorate it to command the best price for my home. Jordan and his team are great and I highly recommend them.

Jordan Bennett and his team were recommended to us by a neighbor and they did not disappoint. He represented us on the sell and the buy side. He is knowledgeable, responsive, detail oriented and, above all, objective. He listened to our wants and needs and did not try to rush us into buying something that wasn’t suited for us. We had some false starts, through which he remained patient and kind to us. He and his team are a gem in an industry that isn’t always known for its client service.

I especially want to recognize our Realtor, Leland Pfannenstiel. Leland is incredibly efficient, always on top of things, and truly has your best interests at heart. I've now worked with Jordan Bennett and Leland Pfannenstiel on three separate buy/sell a home here in CA. Even though I bought modest homes, they treated me as if I was buying a multi-million dollar home. I felt they cared about my personal situation and aspirations in the process and they supported me every step of the way.
I can't recommend this team enough to anyone in Orange County!

Working with Jordan Bennett and his team was hands down the best real estate experience I’ve ever had. I live out of state, and he made the entire process seamless and stress-free. My property sold right away, and everything from start to finish went smoothly.
