Austin has a passion for real estate and has been investing into real estate for almost 12 years, and more seriously within the last 6 years. Austin was a pleasure to work with! He always made himself available to show us the properties we were interested in. When we decided on a home to purchase he did ALL the legwork and kept us updated on the process. We were even able to close earlier than expected. This was our second time buying a house with Austin, and we recommend him 100%! The day I reached out, I confidently said I had looked at every suitable house on Zillow. Austin responded with a house I hadn't seen, and that's the one we closed on! Our transaction had ups and downs, but he went above and beyond to get the deal done and communicate with us. It was obvious he is an expert, and we were thankful for his professionalism when things were challenging.

I've been looking for an investment property for a while. Despite this, Austin was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I live out of state and he was my boots on the ground. He continually offered help and support and insights into the market. Anyone would be lucky to have Austin Elm as their agent.

Austin was a huge help as we navigated the marketing and sale of our Mom's house in Kalispell. He listened to our concerns and desires and was nimble coming up with plans and timelines to achieve a quick sale without much hassle and anxiety. His local connections of professionals helps us with some upgrades and repairs which maximized our value on the market and the marketing was something we really appreciated and know that it all contributed to a successful sale.
