Brandon has been a joy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and had the patience to guide me through my learning curve with purchasing a rental property. He responded quickly to all calls I made to him and was invaluable in assessing whether a property made economic sense to purchase. We looked at several properties before we finally found one that was attractive. I highly recommend him.

Brandon made the whole buying process super easy! Very professional and knowledgable, he knows what he's doing. And his communication is amazing and made this whole process super easy and with minimal stress. I plan to continue to work with him on future investments. I worked to invest in a sizeable property with guidance through Brandon Vukelich, who was consistently helpful with the many questions I asked and challenges in the current market. Yet he also respected that I had my own criteria, helping me weigh some of the fiscal gain vs quality-of-life decisions. His experience and knowledge of investing and property management was fairly in-depth, yet he was easy to work with and good at explaining in a straightforward manner. I would certainly recommend Brandon and Blackwell to colleagues or friends in the future as they provided what I felt was a high service level.

As first time RE investors / home buyers looking to house hack a multi-unit property, Brandon helped us get our bearings on the local market and provided invaluable insight and coaching as we evaluated properties and wrote offers. He also brought us two off-market deals, one of which we ultimately closed on. I can say with confidence that we would have paid more, settled on worse contract terms, and likely ended up with a lesser property had we not been working with Brandon. I cannot recommend them enough to assist anyone in their journey to buying or selling a single family home or multifamily investment property. Brandon is communicative, experienced, and realistic.
He understands the local Washington market, and will not suggest something or pressure you to make a move that does not make sense to him. He will not feed you inflated numbers that make every deal a GREAT deal. His easy going personality, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile make him one of the best in the Washington real estate market. I cannot recommend him and his team enough.

Brandon and Rebecca are the best. They worked with me for over a year to slowly fine tune what I was looking for--never pressuring me to buy and always happy to talk through every detail. By the time the perfect opportunity came up, Rebecca jumped into action immediately and helped seamlessly facilitate the buying process. We loooooved working with Brandon❤! We’re a young family with a 10 month old boy and we really needed to have our own place. from our 2 bedroom rental to our first home which we envisioned to have 2 bedrooms. Brandon helped us score a move-in ready condo with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 garage spaces and balconies in a prime and quiet location. I really appreciated how Brandon and his team went above and beyond to help us during every stage of the process: They frequently sent us great matches for what we were looking for. They would accompany us to see the places and, since they are so experienced, they would point out subtle things that we would have missed but were really important for our decision process.
