About us
I am a Real Estate Broker & Property Manager who specializes specifically in working with investors of all types. From first-time buyers who are starting with a single-family or a duplex, flippers, house-hackers, portfolio-builders, all the way up to large multi-million dollar commercial projects and new construction. I personally have approx. 250 tenants of my own, and know our market extremely well. I won't let you do a deal with me that I wouldn't do, as my goal is simply to make you the most money possible. I am on the board of a local bank, have a strong property management team on deck, and access to reliable contractors and lenders. Let's connect!

Horrible experience. Until this day, I am yet to get a response from Aubrey. I called multiple times for an apartment that I toured and was really interested in. Unfortunately, despite varies phone calls, text messages, emails there was no response from Aubrey. The only person that was helpful was Gino who was also unable to reach Aubrey. I even had a broker reach out to them and he was also unable to reach Aubrey. Really disappointed in the service provided or lack of service should I say.

Harley is incredibly professional, friendly, honest, and dependable. She takes the time to listen, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about helping people feel satisfied and comfortable when looking for a place to call home. Even before working with clients, she's always been someone who follows through on her commitments and goes above and beyond to help others. I would absolutely trust her to guide me through buying or selling a home and would recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

The overall experience was terrible. My initial security deposit was lost when I moved in and throughout my time as a tenant I had points where I had to call other realtors within the company to get ahold of anyone because I couldn’t trust anyone would be at the office during business hours. Another was an incident with a faulty smoke detector’s CO2 alarm in the basement I couldn’t get ahold of anyone in the main office or representative without any response for DAYS even though the fire department asked me to keep trying as they were at the residence. Ultimately they just replaced it and I gave them the number so they could get ahold of them. I am also almost 2 months past my move out date at the time of this post (move out was March 31, 2026) and still no security deposit has been returned nor a list of what was damaged if anything. Go with another realtor company for rent

I had a great experience working with Aubrey Reece at Revolve Real Estate. Aubrey was professional, helpful, and guided us through every step of the rental process. She was always courteous, answered our questions, and made sure everything moved forward smoothly. Finding and securing a new home can be stressful, but Aubrey made the process much easier. I had the pleasure to meet Kate for lunch to discuss my plans on purchasing my first investment property. Kate was knowledgeable and understood my vision and what I want to accomplish. She guided me through the whole process from looking for the right property to renting it out. I currently continue to have a business relationship and look to acquire more properties with Kate.
