About us
I am a Real Estate Broker & Property Manager who specializes specifically in working with investors of all types. From first-time buyers who are starting with a single-family or a duplex, flippers, house-hackers, portfolio-builders, all the way up to large multi-million dollar commercial projects and new construction. I personally have approx. 250 tenants of my own, and know our market extremely well. I won't let you do a deal with me that I wouldn't do, as my goal is simply to make you the most money possible. I am on the board of a local bank, have a strong property management team on deck, and access to reliable contractors and lenders. Let's connect!

Michael Grady was the agent we worked with to secure our new rental home and he was great! Very helpful, great quick communication, and answered all questions we had. He made us feel secure with the transaction to the home owner and definitely took the weight off our shoulders of getting into our new home quickly and with ease. I moved here two months ago after a messy divorce and have been searching for a place to rent. Aubrey showed me this wonderful home and was kind and gracious and explained everything very well. Kate also made sure I have been taken care of and was shown this beautiful home. Thank you ladies for helping me feel at home.

I had the pleasure to meet Kate for lunch to discuss my plans on purchasing my first investment property. Kate was knowledgeable and understood my vision and what I want to accomplish. She guided me through the whole process from looking for the right property to renting it out. I currently continue to have a business relationship and look to acquire more properties with Kate.

I worked with Kate recently while purchasing an investment property in Scranton and the experience was outstanding! With her background in real estate investing I felt completely comfortable with the entire process and knew I was buying a strong performing quality property. Kate is not in this just for the money. You can tell she truly has a passion for helping people invest in rental properties. I randomly called her about 6 years ago. I always wanted to invest in rental properties but never thought it was possible. After talking with Kate she made it seem possible. Now I am getting ready to close on my 4th property and will have a total of 11 rental units. I did this without a partner and not a ton of money to start off with. To this day I ask Kate questions whenever I need something. She is always there to help, not just when I am purchasing another investment property. She has an amazing team and truly runs circles around any other broker. Thank you Kate for making all my dreams true.
