About us
I am a Real Estate Broker & Property Manager who specializes specifically in working with investors of all types. From first-time buyers who are starting with a single-family or a duplex, flippers, house-hackers, portfolio-builders, all the way up to large multi-million dollar commercial projects and new construction. I personally have approx. 250 tenants of my own, and know our market extremely well. I won't let you do a deal with me that I wouldn't do, as my goal is simply to make you the most money possible. Kate has been a great agent to work with over the many years I’ve known her. Most importantly she knows multi family and investment property well. Lastly she has the property management experience to guide people through the process. Kate is highly recommended.

I had the pleasure to meet Kate for lunch to discuss my plans on purchasing my first investment property. Kate was knowledgeable and understood my vision and what I want to accomplish. She guided me through the whole process from looking for the right property to renting it out. I currently continue to have a business relationship and look to acquire more properties with Kate.

I worked with Kate recently while purchasing an investment property in Scranton and the experience was outstanding! With her background in real estate investing I felt completely comfortable with the entire process and knew I was buying a strong performing quality property.
