Jeff came highly recommended to us from a friend. We have worked with him the last several months to purchase our first investment short-term rental. It was a fantastic experience! He was always there to answer questions and help us fully understand the process. He didn’t mind taking time, and we never felt like we were interrupting him. We will certainly reach out to him again for future purchases.

Jeff went above and beyond in helping me with my purchase. This was my first time using a second home loan, and he and his team ensured I was informed at every stage of the process. Jeff has extensive knowledge of short-term rental and investment strategies, which heavily influenced my decisions and helped me with problem solving whenever we hit any hurdles (and there were many)!
Jeff was right there to provide me with negotiation recommendations in the initial and due diligence phases and he also actively connected with various members of mine and the seller's team throughout the process.
Jeff helped me to learn and explore many loan products tailored to my financial situation, and I wholeheartedly recommend Jeff to anyone seeking a lender who is knowledgeable, resourceful and is genuinely invested in his client's success.

Highly recommend!! My wife and I just bought our first home and used Jeff and his team throughout our process. Jeff was incredibly knowledgeable and always took extra time to educate us and ensure we understood all of the steps within the process and were completely comfortable.
