At this time, I am not accepting out of state investors. I specialize in helping clients house hack and invest in real estate in the Greater Milwaukee area, including Milwaukee, Waukesha, and Washington Counties. With a proven track record of successfully house hacking three times prior to my wife and I purchasing our first singe family in 2024. I've used three different owner-occupied loans in my own investments, giving me unique insights into how to help others get started on their house hacking journey. In addition to house hacking, we flip an average of 1 house per quarter, have completed the BRRRR method, and have other buy and hold investments as well. My expertise extends beyond the initial purchase; I guide clients through the entire process, from financing options to post-closing responsibilities. This includes advertising vacant units, vetting and managing tenants, income/expense tracking, rehab planning, contractor referrals, and lease creation. In addition to working with house hackers, I assist individuals interested in buy-and-hold strategies. My services are tailored to those in the Greater Milwaukee area or those planning to move here. I used Jeff to sell my home while purchasing another property. This guy is the best in the business! Every step of the way Jeff was there to answer questions and facilitate a smooth experience for my wife and I. The listing was handled so well, from cleaners to photos to contracts etc. Jeff and his team truly made us feel like were taken care of the entire time. If you are looking for a realtor that is professional, educated, and reliable, Jeff is the one! He helped me buy my first investment property and while doing so he taught me so many things along the way and to this day still calls me to answer any questions I have. He lived 1.5 hours away from me and was never late or had a reason not to make the trip. I will definitely be working with him in the future!

Jeff is the best agent around! He helped us purchase an owner occupied duplex and couldn’t have made the process easier. He is extremely knowledgeable about rental properties and would point out important details when touring properties that I would have never known to look for. He is someone I want on my side when make the decision to purchase a house or investment property! He is quick to respond and always makes time to thoroughly answer every question. He was also a huge help after we closed on the property, recommending contractors and reviewing our rental posting to help us find tenants. I completely recommend working with Jeff and I will be working with him again in the future!

Jeff is an agent who is very skilled and takes the job seriously for his sellers and buyers. He has high integrity and will always fight for the best interests of his clients. I’ve worked with him on several transactions and each one has gone extremely well, and when there were hurdles that popped up (like they do on every transaction) he handled them well and with efficiency for all parties involved.
