We offer same-day approvals and close in an average of 3-5 days, helping real estate investors secure funding quickly and efficiently. Borrowers benefit from competitive rates based on property location, experience, and credit. With a national reach, we provide endless opportunities to grow your portfolio. Over $1 Billion in funded loans Trusted by thousands of real estate investors Same-day approvals, 3-5 day average close time Loan Products: Fix and Flip: Funds 100% of renovation costs; 12-24 month terms, up to 90% project cost. Bridge: Short-term financing for acquisitions or refinances; 12-24 month terms, up to 75% LTV. DSCR: 30-year fixed-rate loan for rental properties, up to 80% of property value. Ground Up Construction: Funds up to 75% of single-family project costs for experienced builders. Minimum credit: 700. We do not fund loans on owner-occupied homes, vacant land, or commercial properties. To proceed with a loan closing, all borrowers are required to close under an LLC. This structure ensures limited liability protection and aligns with lending requirements for investment property transactions.

Recently closed on a 1.1M fix and flip/bridge loan with Park Place Finance. What an outstanding job they did handling a group of investors that were tough to get to the closing table. Excellent job Caleb assessing real time pitfalls that came up while in process and ensuring our closing strategy was intact. Thank you to your team who stayed on top of things, Elliot and Nicole. Eliot was instrumental in helping me refinance my home. From the beginning, he was professional, transparent, and highly organized. He clearly explained every step of the process, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure I fully understood my options before making any decisions.
What I appreciated most was his attention to detail and consistent communication all the way through closing. The entire process was much smoother than I expected thanks to his expertise and dedication.

Nothing but good things to say. I recently worked with Jaron, Moune, Angela and Jenny, and they were absolutely incredible to work with. Even though I made things difficult at times because our paperwork wasn’t fully organized, they stayed patient, professional, and solution‑focused throughout the process. Their communication was consistently clear, timely, and proactive, which made everything much less stressful. On top of that, their rates for the DSCR loan were very competitive. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive lender.

The Park Place Team Zane, Traci, Tomas are amazing. I’m a 29-year veteran of the mortgage business and they did something that needs to be recognized.
We had a last minuet turndown and the loan needed to close fast.
We had the appraisal and the title work completed.
To my amazement I gave them the loan Monday morning and by Friday of the same week we closed at 2:30 in the afternoon.
If you like great service and professionalism
I give it a definite recommendation.

Zane Kamper & Max Wettstein were amazing to work with! It was my first transaction with Park Place Finance. As a RE Investor, we are always looking for a fast, seamless process for funding. Traci their Senior Processor was also amazing. They were always available to answer questions or make sure the file was moving along quickly.
