I knew little to nothing about buying a house out of state but Alyxus walked me through every step and gave great recommendations for other team members I would need. She definitely went above and beyond and has been professional, patient and responsive at every step. With her help I felt empowered in every decision but not overwhelmed by them. I will be going through Alyxus for all my real estate needs!

Alyxus is a great realtor! Very understanding, knowledgeable and available. While most people just want to sell you homes for their commissions, Alyxus is not one of those. She has the interest of her client at heart and would advise you based on what is best. I couldn't have thought of any one else I would have wanted as a realtor during the purchase process. Would give her more than 5 stars if I could. Call her for your home buying needs.

Alyxus found me a great deal with a 4.125 interest rate. Once I have the rooms rented out I should have a dcr of 2.28. I am very blessed to have such a great broker on my side.
