I wasn’t quite sure I’d be able to find the lender I needed for this scenario, but David at CapSource helped orchestrate a refi on an investment property for me, and I would happily do it all over again
The process was quick, streamlined, & had zero hiccups (amazing in and of itself)
Looking forward to working with David & the CapSource team again in the future

Let me start by saying in my long life on this earth I never met anybody on the telephone . Text, or email that’s been such a big help to me and my family with everything that I needed thru this process. So much so that I couldn’t do it myself. God Bless Katie Smith . In closing she has the patience of a saint. I use to be a boss in a union in New York City and I never came Accross a great worker like her in the over 40 years in the Union. Wow, what a journey with the team at CapSource! We’ve closed on three deals so far with their bridge loans and, let me tell you, they hooked us up with some sweet deals. Better than if we had gone directly to the lender. Plus, him and his team were there for us every step of the way – talk about VIP treatment!
