I have a mixture of 3 long term, 2 mid term and 2 short term rentals all in La Crosse Wisconsin. La Crosse is a great location to invest with 4 universities, 3 hospitals, and several large companies there is a high demand for rentals. It is a very affordable place to buy with consistent appreciation and growth every year.

Amber Swan and One Trust did a fantastic job in finding us a home. We do not jump into big ticket items quickly and we were very happy she was not pushy but was very patient. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Tony was great getting set up with the houses we wanted to see as well as getting in there fast with the offer we wanted to make on our new house. He was great advising us as well when we had questions. He kept us informed on what was happening and the steps we needed to take. Tony hung in there with us in the sell of our former home, encouraging us along the way until we had a buyer. Thanks so much for all you have done for us!

Mike Gritzmacher, no longer with OneTrust. Mike is currently with Exp Realty, worked very hard to find me a home. I would recommend him to all my friends and family, and everyone I meet. He has so much experience and Mike is so knowledgeable about homes and construction and all. He always went out of his way in what ever he was doing to help me find my Home Sweet Home. My wife and I worked with One Trust Real Estate and specifically Josh Neumann when we purchased our first home. Josh took the time to know our likes and dislikes. He made it clear he was there to serve us and help us find the best fit for our growing family. He never got tired of taking us to showings or complained about our questions.
