I lived there for nearly 6 years with very little cost out of pocket. In 2020, I closed on my second 3-family which has had good cash flow since rent adjustments we made. As a licensed agent, I've been able to represent many new and experienced investors with purchasing and selling their investment properties throughout MA and RI.

Matt was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was so patient with us as it took quite a while to find our new home, and throughout the entire process of both selling and buying, he was thoughtful, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Matt answered all of our questions right away and was always available whenever we needed guidance or had an offer to submit, even while on vacation! We couldn’t be happier that he helped us both sell our home and purchase our new one.

Matt has been absolutely amazing in getting me my first real estate investment rental property. The search was long and hard, and he made sure to assist in every single step of it. There were also lot of hiccups along the way till the closing date and he played a huge role in making sure we get through it. He has also been a great mentor in helping me understanding all the nuances and processes along the way for my first investment.
I would definitely partner with him again, and recommend him to all looking for a real estate agent.

Selling my Mom's house was one of the hardest things I've had to do. With patience and compassion Matt made the process easier. He kept me informed every step of the way. If I had a question I knew Matt was a text away. I never felt like I was bothering him, evenings and weekends included! I should mention I was one of 5 sellers which made Matt's work x5! All 5 of us had questions and concerns. Matt was there for each us! Looking for a Realtor!! Do yourself a favor, call Matt!

This is the second time of us working with Matt and I can say hands down he is the best! This one was a little different between selling and buying and Matt handled it all flawlessly. He was attentive and responsive through out the entire process and always tried to calm our nerves when things got a little crazy! Thanks Matt, yet again for being our realtor and would recommend him 10/10 times!!!

From our initial conversation to closing was just under a month ,which was amazing and something I never thought possible! I highly recommend Matt to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home!
