Alan is a seasoned real estate professional with a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. As a full-time real estate agent and investor, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. With a strong background in electrical engineering, having graduated from Penn State in 2018, he initially pursued a career in that field for about 2.5 years. However, driven by a deep interest in real estate investing, he made the bold decision to transition into real estate full-time and hasn't looked back since. As an investor, Alan owns 8 rental properties with a total of 16 units. He started his real estate investing journey using the house hacking method, purchasing his first multi-family property. This hands-on experience has given him invaluable insights into the nuances of property investment and has honed his expertise in identifying potential opportunities and maximizing returns. As a real estate agent, Alan has closed over 140+ transactions totaling over $50M in sales. He is dedicated to helping buyers and sellers find their dream homes. It is a pleasure for me to write this review. Alan was, by far, the most professional, attentive, and knowledgeable realtor I have ever worked with. He dedicated so much of his time and energy helping me and my wife find the right house. He never made us feel pressured to buy, in fact, he actually steered us away from a few houses that looked like they were going to be bad investments. Additionally, he took the time to teach me about what to look for when buying a house in terms of repairs, and how to calculate what our payments would be. I can’t reccomend him enough. The best real estate agent I've come across after going through several initial ones. Bought my first house because of Alan. Alan's extremely thorough, honest with you, and will point out all the good, the bad, the caveats of each property. For a first time buyer, I had many questions- and he answered all of them, thoroughly, and helped me above and beyond. He'll warn you about anything he notices, and walks you through all the details. He was very professional, gets to know you and what you want, and gives you super important advice & lessons when buying a home. Very trustworthy, and would work with him again.
