As a full-time real estate agent and investor, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. With a strong background in electrical engineering, having graduated from Penn State in 2018, he initially pursued a career in that field for about 2.5 years. However, driven by a deep interest in real estate investing, he made the bold decision to transition into real estate full-time and hasn't looked back since. As an investor, Alan owns 8 rental properties with a total of 16 units. He started his real estate investing journey using the house hacking method, purchasing his first multi-family property. This hands-on experience has given him invaluable insights into the nuances of property investment and has honed his expertise in identifying potential opportunities and maximizing returns. As a real estate agent, Alan has closed over 140+ transactions totaling over $50M in sales. He is dedicated to helping buyers and sellers find their dream homes. Alan's extremely thorough, honest with you, and will point out all the good, the bad, the caveats of each property. For a first time buyer, I had many questions- and he answered all of them, thoroughly, and helped me above and beyond. He'll warn you about anything he notices, and walks you through all the details. He was very professional, gets to know you and what you want, and gives you super important advice & lessons when buying a home. Very trustworthy, and would work with him again. We were fortunate to have found Alan. He is a very competent realtor. He knows his neighborhoods and has pulse on the market. Not only he provides realtor services, but also helps clients with evaluating a property using his background in construction. He and his team - Christiana, Lada, Drew - were prompt in scheduling property showings, was always on time and diligent in following up with the agents. As first time homebuyers, we were looking for a realtor who could not only help us purchase our first home, but also advise us on what to look out for so we would end up with a solid home and solid foundation for our family. Alan was recommended to us by another realtor who couldn't be as flexible with scheduling as we needed. From the first showing, we could tell Alan had the expertise to point out any potential issues we might experience in a home. He helped us figure out what things were simply cosmetic and which were potential issues down the line. He was quick to respond and flexible with our scheduling needs throughout the whole process. Alan also had recommendations for various professionals we needed throughout our process, including a very detail oriented inspector and a flexible and knowledgeable mortgage broker. We came into the process with no connections and very little knowledge, but through Alan's help we were able to fully understand each part of the process and the details that went into buying our first home. I would recommend Alan to other first time homebuyers, and we already have recommended him to our best friends to look for their first home as well!
