About us
My clientele primarily consists of investors. I help clients interested in house hacking, buy and hold, flips, short-term rentals, etc. My personal investing strategy is value add buy and hold and my portfolio consists of short, mid, and long-term rentals. I work with my clients by learning about their wants and needs. I look to match my motivation level to theirs. I spend a significant amount of time prospecting for off-market leads in areas that are desirable for operators in the short, medium, AND long-term space. As a result, most of my cold calling and direct mailing are focused on specific zip codes and regions of town.

Tim was excellent throughout our home buying process. It was very clear that he wanted to help find the right home for us, not just any home. He has great insights into the market and provided us with local and national data. At every showing, he was thorough with document review and looking at all aspects of the home - doing his best to reduce any surprises that may arise after making an offer. Tim was communicative, thorough, and understanding of all our questions and hesitations through this process. I highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling in the Anchorage!

I used Tim to buy my first house in Anchorage and honestly don't think the experience could have gone any smoother. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for in a property and also walked me through the home buying process so there weren't any surprises. Tim did a fantastic job representing us when we sold our condo in Anchorage. He was very professional and coached us through the process, setting expectations and handling communications with the buyer, lender, and title company. Most impressively, he found us a buyer before we listed the property who made a competitive offer. This accelerated the process and saved us money. We are so grateful for his help and highly recommend!

Tim was our realtor for our recent house purchase in Wasilla, AK. Tim was fantastic throughout the whole process including the initial house search, inspections, negotiation process, maintenance and repair navigation, and final closing.
