I was referred to Duncan by my property manager for specialized condo financing for Honolulu short-term rental condos. After numerous searches with various other lenders, Duncan did not disappoint and was the only lender who could secure financing due to the myriad of nuances that most lenders don't have the experience dealing with certain buildings in the Honolulu market. I am an experienced investor and I found Duncan to be extremely professional and responsive throughout the entire process and his fees were more than reasonable. I would be glad to use Duncan again for my future lending needs (Duncan does loans in Hawaii as well as certain US mainland states) and would highly recommend him to family and friends as well.

Just closed on a condo and worked with Duncan and Darcy for the mortgage. The whole process went very smoothly. Duncan was super responsive and patient with my many questions, always with a clear answer that actually made sense. Darcy was great to work with too. Would definitely recommend and would work with them again!

I worked with Duncan at Infinite Financial on a complex investment property refinance in Hawaii. The building has many complications and nuances such that most traditional lenders will not want to finance it. So it was crucial to work with the right person who had all the necessary expertise, local knowledge, and persistence to find a solution. Duncan found the right lender for my situation, and did an excellent job coordinating across multiple parties (lender, escrow, borrower).
Throughout the process, Duncan was consistently available, responsive, and transparent. He kept me informed at every step and made sure I wasn't charged for anything I shouldn't have been paying for, and kept the deal moving on time-sensitive deadlines. Whether you're dealing a straightforward or a complicated financing situation, I'd strongly recommend Duncan and his team.

Duncan and his team at Infinite Financial were excellent to work with throughout our home purchase. Communication was clear and timely at every step, and they were always available to answer questions and explain the loan process in detail.
We were able to close smoothly and on time, and Duncan helped navigate everything efficiently, making what could have been a stressful process much easier.
I especially appreciated their responsiveness and transparency, it made a big difference.

What more can be said about the Infinite Financial team that hasn't been mentioned below? We met with several loan officers and were blown away by Duncan's knowledge and attention to detail. He offers a broad spectrum of products beyond your traditional 30-year fixed loan. Duncan helped us find a unique mortgage that was perfect for our situation and we couldn't be happier! He made himself available for multiple phone calls and in-person meetings to make sure all of our questions were answered in detail.
