I am a dedicated realtor specializing in helping investors. I work with both new and experienced investors to buy and sell investment properties across Utah, providing education and guidance every step of the way. I’m especially passionate about helping first-time homebuyers take their first steps into real estate investing. Before becoming a full-time realtor, I was a teacher. Within just four years, I built a real estate portfolio that tripled my teaching salary, proving that anyone can achieve financial freedom through smart investing. Now, I’m committed to helping others do the same by sharing the strategies and knowledge that worked for me. My wife and I are very meticulous human beings and are probably more picky than most when it comes to finding a home.
Jocelyn was an absolute joy to work with... she was not only incredibly patient and attentive, but she's a wealth of knowledge. Beyond understanding the market and tactfully handling negotiations, she is super crafty when it comes to fixing/renovating things.
This helped get us past some of the imperfections and gave us peace of mind that we can easily and cost-effectively make things look and feel exactly how we hoped.
It's very clear that Jocelyn genuinely enjoys helping people and that drives her to do what she does. Will absolutely use her in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone else.

Jocelyn is amazing to work with. She was actively looking with me for a duplex every day. I was out of state during an open house and she walked through for me with me on FaceTime. She creatively helped me build a competitive offer and we landed the perfect property for me. She has been an excellent coach and resource as I get started as a landlord. Being able to pick her brain is priceless as I jump into real estate investing.

Just closed on a house and couldn't be happier with Jocelyn! She helped us understand the market here in SLC and was patient with our search. When we found what felt like a great fit, her expertise helped us win a bid with 7 competing offers. Through closing, Jocelyn's experience continued to pay dividends- she has multiple contacts for anything you can imagine, and always made time to discuss our next steps and strategic thinking. Jocelyn's gone out of her way to make herself available as we get settled in and work on projects around the house.
