Tyson Robinson is one of the most unethical realtors in Temecula. He does not represent his clients’ best interests and instead adds unapproved fees and miscellaneous charges to have the seller pay more than agreed. His conduct raises serious concerns about integrity and professionalism in real estate. He has been reported to the DRE by my wife and I and they are currently investigating his actions. If you value transparency, honesty, and proper representation, I strongly recommend avoiding doing business with him.

Absolutely 5 stars! I would give Jake even more stars! I called quite a few realtors and must say this is one of the best I have worked with! I have bought and sold 6 houses and this has absolutely hands down been the best experience! Very professional, knowledgeable, hard working, and they make you feel like family! My wife and I were both excited, and nervous about, buying our first home, until we began working with Gavin Miller of Trillion Real Estate. From the very beginning, Gavin made the whole process so easy to manage and much less daunting.
He really does know the Temecula area extremely well and he was happy to take the time to explain the way the city was structured, what different neighborhoods were like, and help us figure out where we should start looking based on what we were looking for. That helped a lot!
Most remarkable, though, was just how easy it was to interact with him. I could send Gavin a message and typically receive a response in minutes. That level of responsiveness filled us with lots of confidence and allowed us to make quick decisions when we really needed to!
Since it was our first home buying experience, we had a million questions, but Gavin was very patient and made sure we knew what was going on at each stage. He explained the next steps and when they were going to happen so we could stay on track without getting stuck.
He also brought us into contact with some great mortgage lenders, insurance agents, escrow agents, who were all extremely helpful and professional.
In the end, Gavin helped us find and close on our dream home. We still can't believe that we are homeowners today! And the icing on the cake is that he gave us a very thoughtful welcome gift that meant everything to us.

We just sold our Temecula house with Tyson. Tyson and his entire team advocated for us the entire way. Tyson’s vast experience was obvious, and knowing that he treated our investment, our home, and our sale as if it were his own. I wish we had found Tyson earlier. We loved the seamless process.
