I’ve worked with Nick Abe for years, both selling a few houses and buying a few house. He is the best!!! Not only does he communicate in a timely manner, but he goes the extra mile the entire process. On this specific sale, roadblocks came up throughout the entire process causing great frustration. Nick took everything in stride and put out fire after fire. Finally after an extension to closing TWICE, we were finally able to close on our house. If we had any other realtor, I don’t think we would have made it to closing.

Ryan and his team knew EXACTLY how to sell our home. They devised a plan to show our home in its best light and get it sold. We followed their instructions to the letter and in NINE days had a bonafide offer. Ryan’s professionalism, knowledge, and energy create a triple crown for success. In today’s market, this is essential. Additionally, Ryan is just an all-around nice guy. We consider him and his wife Ashley friends and highly recommend them to anyone selling a home or property. They are simply the best!

Jim Elliott was our agent. We found him and the Kane team to be extremely professional, prompt, and market savvy. He went out of his way to decorate and even clean, wanting the best for our property. He was a great resource for fix it leads and even a roofing contractor. He made the process easy with a personal touch.
