I can’t say enough great things about Michael S. and the Rachel Adams Group. This is now the second property I’ve sold with their team, and once again, they exceeded my expectations.
This was not an easy sale. Between a tough market, HOA-related obstacles, and several challenges throughout the process, there were plenty of moments where the deal could have fallen apart. Michael’s experience, persistence, and professionalism were ultimately what got this deal across the finish line.
What impressed me most was Michael’s communication. He was always available to answer my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure I understood what was happening and what our options were. Whenever an issue came up, Michael was already working on a solution. Having someone with his level of experience representing me made a huge difference, especially with a property that required more than simply listing it and waiting for an offer.
I truly appreciate how hard Michael worked to get this property sold. He went above and beyond, and I genuinely believe his experience and dedication were exactly what was needed to make this sale happen.
After selling two properties with them, the Rachel Adams Group is the only real estate team I trust in the Sacramento area. Moving forward this is the only firm I will use for any of my real estate needs moving forward.

Rachel was absolutely amazing. Her professionalism was nothing short of remarkable. She was responsive, knowledgeable, understanding and patient. She calmed my nerves when my mind started spinning with endless details. She gave me sound advice without trying to steer me in her direction. She gave me options based on extensive experience so that I could make educated decisions on my own. Her price point was spot on and she KNOWS the market. Her experience in the industry definitely showed. There are homes in my vicinity that are sitting. My home sold within a week and I attribute a huge part of that to Rachel’s marketing strategy.
