I found LFG lending through my realtor when shopping for my first investment property. For my first one, there were a TON of loopholes when trying to purchase two duplexes that needed two different loans rather than one that we later found out during the process. I learned a TON of info along the way, and I do want to say the amount of patience required on both parties was absolutely needed and shown by LFG lending team. Would i go with them again for my next property? Yes. They were honest, upfront, and we were able to close despite all the loopholes that came our way.

I had an excellent experience working with Rick Dews at LFG Lending during the refinance of my single-family rental property. Rick and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and responsiveness throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain every step, answered all of my questions promptly, and worked diligently to secure favorable financing terms.
What impressed me most was their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a smooth and efficient closing. Rick & team made what could have been a complicated refinance process feel straightforward and stress-free.

I rarely leave reviews but Liz, Kaileigh, and the rest of the crew at LFG Lending deserve the recognition. I’ve closed almost 30 refinances with other lenders and none have been anywhere near close to as smooth as the one we just did together. My least favorite part of the real estate world has been the headaches surrounding the refinance process. However, I think I’ve finally found my team and can’t wait to do more in the future with them!

Working with Rick was Amazing!!!!
I would leave a 6 star review if I could. I've done several mortgage loans for purchase and worked with many lenders as a real estate investor. But this was the fastest and most efficient process that I've ever experienced. Not one time did this team ask me to send the same docs several times and they kept me updated throughout the loan process. I plan to use Rick and LFG again and again and again!!!!!
