About us
I am an investor-focused realtor and local investor in the Central Ohio real estate market. I primarily focus on presenting off-market deals for you by cold-calling sellers, vetting wholesaler sent deals, finding pocket listings, and networking directly with sellers. I graduated from Ohio State with a degree in Engineering and minor in Business. Coming from a real estate development family with an asset portfolio of over 400+ units. I hold a strong foundation in market analytics, negotiations, and property management. In my personal investments, I have taken advantage of value-add opportunities like house-hacking, BRRRR method, fix & flip, and raised private capital from investors by leveraging debt, using other people’s money (OPM), and building systems to manage renovation. My goal is to make real estate investing seamless with my team of preferred lenders, contractors, property managers, accountants, and lawyers. Alfath was a recommended agent from the Bigger Pockets forum, and we were very happy with his assistance in buying our first rental property from out of state. His agency has great resources like a neighborhood ratings map and rolodex of experts, and Alfath is well connected with investors, off-market deal makers, etc, and he knows the neighborhoods very well. He is amazingly responsive to all texts and emails, and works crazy hours in order to communicate when needed with investors like us, in a waaaaay different time zone! Thank you, Alfath! :) We will use him again in our future deals.
