I have personally acquired 80+ units in the area over the last 10 years. I started off house hacking out of my primary residence and quickly moved to short term rental investing which helped me scale my portfolio. I personally own short term rentals, medium term rentals, long term rentals (multi family properties) and also a café. I'm also a top 1% real estate agent in the area that has helped a wide verity of clients ranging from first time home buyer looking to house hack to the experienced investor looking to buy or sell a large multi family property. Rachel and Geoffrey and their team went above and beyond to sell our home quickly and did an amazing job negotiating the purchase of our new home. They were very responsive and always ready to help. We enjoyed working with them and highly recommend them to folks looking to buy or sell.

We can’t say enough good things about Racheal and Geoffrey!! They helped us find our dream home while navigating a tough market. Racheal made sure all of our questions were answered and that we felt comfortable in every decision we made. Hailey was incredible as well, coordinating all of the showings for us. This process can be overwhelming but their whole team made it feel seamless. Highly recommend and will absolutely use them again the next time we’re looking to buy or sell!!

Would give them 20 stars if I could! Nothing but professional and extremely helpful in any situation. Was told that it would be a slow weekend when selling our first home. I was out of my house all weekend due to showings and it sold on the first weekend. I would hate to see a busy weekend for Racheal and Geoffrey. I have bought 2 houses with them now. They are the best!
It was my first time working with Shawn and it was nothing but great! He went above and beyond to make our/the seller’s complex schedules work. I have nothing but good things to say about this team!

Geoffrey in just one word is “Phenomenal “. As one of my prior professors use to say “ He deserves an A++”. I have purchased several homes, and by far working with him and Racheal has been the most effortless, yet most rewarding. His team handled all matters of our families purchase seamlessly, always maintaining a high level of confidence , and totally minimizing emotion turbulence during our purchase. I can’t recommend him enough , even after closing he was still there to ensure everything was in order, and ready to offer assistance where needed. You simply can’t buy talent like this, don’t second guess what agent should represent you, sign up with a team that gets things done right the “First Time”!

Rachael and the WP collective team was an absolute pleasure to work with in all aspects. I can not recommend them enough, it was very smooth they are all very knowledgeable, and no question went unanswered. Amazing communication (which i struggled with in the past with other realtors) and the home buying process was incredibly easy using them!
