He's very knowledgeable about the local market, was patient and thoughtful in responding to all my questions, and in general very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Shayne to anyone else looking to invest in a vacation property in the Myrtle Beach area.

I can’t be more pleased with Shayne, not only does he have an amazing work ethic and was there every step of the way he is just a great person overall. He showed up when he didn’t have to, and took care of more things than any realtor is responsible for and got me into the floor plan I have been in love with for over seven years. I will definitely be using him to sell my old home and recommending him to everyone.

Shayne and Sean made my experience of purchasing a condo while living a few states away a breeze. They were always on top of taking care of my requests and answered my text and emails promptly. Highly recommend them if you live outside of South Carolina and looking for a vacation condo.

Shayne went above and beyond from the very start of my investment property search from FaceTiming viewings I couldn’t be at to helping with property management shopping. After we were under contract he went as far as finding contractors and rounding up quotes for repairs and upgrades. He is very knowledgable on investment properties and if he didn’t know something always figured it out. He was a strong negotiator and got me to a price pointing was happy with.

Shayne was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was ALWAYS available and showed us numerous homes over the span of a few months. Moving from another state was challenging but Shayne walked us through the process, providing us with all contacts that we needed along the way.
