Shayne worked with us on our relocation from out of state to SC. He listened to what we were looking for and then went with us as we visited various new home sites until we ultimately chose a home site and builder. He was a great partner along the way in our major life event.

Shayne did a great job negotiating on the property to get a final price I was happy with. He was quick with communication and helped with showing the property before close to contractors for estimates. It was a pleasure working with him as a remote investor.

I live in Long Island, New York. I connected with Shayne by chance in the fall of 2023 because I was trying to view real estate listings in Myrtle Beach and the site required an email in order to view the listings. Shayne and I corresponded and he emailed listings tailored to what my preferences for a few months. I visited Myrtle Beach in April and he showed us some properties. We ended up making an accepted offer on a condo in Magnolia Pointe North. Throughout the process, Shayne was responsive, patient, honest and never pushy. He continued to assist us throughout the home inspection, contract and other issues related to the purchase. Shayne helped us to connect with a property management company that has been working out well. My wife and I had a great experience in dealing with him and we were pleased to give our business to a military veteran. I highly recommend using Shayne Steiner as your real estate agent.
