A+ Everything went very well with The Lender. We did a cash-out DSCR loan with no seasoning requirements (i.e., outside of Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac guidelines). I wish I could give 100 stars. Thank you, Erik Serdinsky - really appreciate your enthusiasm, intelligence, and professionalism.

Everyone at The Lender is great! I have been working with this lender for years for both nonQM and conventional loans. Bob is an excellent rep and him and Brandon are a great team on the front end. Calvin, Clarissa and the UW manager Cynthia are phenomenal and have helped me get some of my hardest files across the finish line!.
