I had an excellent experience working with
Cipriano Ramirez and Austin Harrison. We close the loan in very little time, and they were always attentive to every detail. Their professionalism and dedication made the entire process very smooth. Highly recommended!!

Working with Harry Toliver from the lender was a wonderful experience. Harry was responsive, helpful and really made us feel like he was fighting on our side. His frequent phone updates regarding the loan was very helpful and he was very much on top of things. If there was something i needed to know, he made sure i knew about it. From phone calls to emails, he made sure i as up to date and informed. Looking forward to the next loan.

This was my first time closing a loan with The Lender, and it was a great experience. Elijah Trotier was awesome to work with — knowledgeable, responsive, and just very easy to deal with throughout the process. He stayed on top of everything and helped keep the file moving smoothly.
Ryan, the account manager, was also great — super organized, quick to respond, and easy to work with. Communication was clear the whole way through.
The system was simple and easy to navigate, which made the process even smoother. Overall, a really positive first experience, and I’d absolutely work with Elijah, Ryan, and The Lender again.
