Focused on Jersey City, Bayonne, and prime Northern NJ commuter towns, I enjoy helping new and growing investors take a disciplined, practical approach to finding their first or next deal. A little about me, I grew up in North Jersey and got my start house hacking in Jersey City, fully renovating the property myself. Going through the purchase, rehab, and lease-up process 100% shaped how I operate with clients today. It showed me the real wealth-building power of real estate, and I’ve been hooked on RE investing ever since. I now work full-time with investors throughout Northern NJ and like to think I offer a fresh and honest perspective to my clients. My job is NOT to get your deal closed at all costs. It’s to help you make smart, long-term decisions that become a real net positive in your life. I tend to underwrite conservatively and regularly advise clients to walk away when the numbers feel stretched. Long-term discipline matters much more than forcing a deal. Many of the investors I work with are buying their first or second property. They rely on me for honest feedback, realistic numbers, strong offer strategy, and negotiating from a position of leverage. Dominic was an absolute pleasure to work with -- he helped my boyfriend and I find our dream apartment in Jersey City and we couldn't be happier. He was consistently responsive, knowledgeable about the area, and generally transparent with us from the start. We will definitely be tracking Dominic down again in the future when we're looking to buy and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a professional, and reliable realtor.

I met Dominic back in November when I was looking for a new apartment. There were two properties he managed that I had my eye on. After viewing the apartments, we kept in touch for a few weeks until I had a definitive date on when I could move. Once, I was ready to move, I needed a fast turnaround where I literally looked at the apartments and needed to move in right away due to a medical requirement. Dominic had it set so I could move in that week and really went out of his way to make sure everything was finalized quickly for my move.
Since then, I've been enjoying my apartment with sunny views of the Manhattan skyline. I can't thank him enough.

I had very specific questions and last minute changes during my search for a new apartment and Dominic handled everything extremely well and accommodated my requests perfectly.
