I am a licensed Kentucky real estate agent who specializes in short term rentals, specifically along the Bourbon Trail in Central Kentucky. Creating and building relationships with clients all across the U.S. has lead to my ability to create a niche platform gaining growth and recognition across the U.S.. I specialize along the bourbon trail to Mammoth Cave and Red River Gorge. I am an avid investor along the Bourbon Trail and take pride in introducing other investors to the Kentucky market and helping them from start to finish in their investment journey. I work hard in the tourism sector of this industry so I can best guide and represent my clients. I am a best-selling author to the book, Reputation Driven that was released in early 2023, as well as having 2 other books in the works! I have been chosen as the expert real estate agent for the state of Kentucky on STR Insights, an investors online program that shares profitable markets for short term rentals.

We cannot recommend Mark Waggoner highly enough! As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and Mark was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain every step clearly, made sure we understood our options, and never made us feel rushed or pressured.
Mark was always responsive, proactive, and truly had our best interests in mind. He went above and beyond to help us navigate negotiations, understand the market, and feel confident in our decisions. We were referred to Nihada by a friend of ours and we are so grateful for that connection. As first time home buyers, we were not sure what to expect but since the first day of speaking to Nihada she has been so very helpful in guiding us through the home buying process.
The first day we met it felt like we had already knew each other as she has this energy that is so welcoming and kind. When we found our home, within a week we were under contract with over $10k in seller concessions AND $10k under listing price! Had we not had Nihada’s expertise and knowledge, things could have been very different.
Any and all questions I had day or night, Nihada was there to answer them fully making sure we understood - which is very much needed in a time like this.
We closed one week ago and are so thankful for Nihada and all that she has done for us as we found our first new home. She is a superstar and I could not recommend her enough. Thank you Nihada!

Carl was attentive from day one of the listing interview and throughout the entire process. Being an out-of-town Seller, it was extremely valuable to have him manage renovations including a designer/stager before placing the estate on the market. He was never pushy but appropriately aggressive to let us know his best advice. He managed extensive marketing and showings like a pro. I highly recommend Carl Horton if you need a true real estate professional.

Once again, Edina Zukic proved that choosing her as a realtor for the sale of our house was the best decision we could have made. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and stress free. Her right decisions and recommendations resulted in selling our house in four days on the market. It was our first time buying a home and Carrie guided us through the entire process from start to finish. From just browsing, to touring homes, placing offers and counter offers, getting an inspection, and closing - she was phenomenal. She was knowledge about the different areas we were looking at, even down to regular traffic patterns! She guided us through making offers and counter offers and always had our best interests at heart. Carrie is awesome and we would recommend her to anyone!

Pam Aldridge at Semonin Realtors did an amazing job selling a house we had inherited. Her advice on preparing the home for sale and pricing as well as the marketing plan were well thought out. The home received 8 offers and sold within 3 days for a price well above our list price. She helped us evaluate all the offers and choose the right buyer. She was always responsive when we had questions and was great at communicating with everyone involved in the transaction. We would highly recommend Pam to anyone buying or selling a home.
