I am a licensed Kentucky real estate agent who specializes in short term rentals, specifically along the Bourbon Trail in Central Kentucky. Creating and building relationships with clients all across the U.S. has lead to my ability to create a niche platform gaining growth and recognition across the U.S.. I specialize along the bourbon trail to Mammoth Cave and Red River Gorge. I am an avid investor along the Bourbon Trail and take pride in introducing other investors to the Kentucky market and helping them from start to finish in their investment journey. I work hard in the tourism sector of this industry so I can best guide and represent my clients. I am a best-selling author to the book, Reputation Driven that was released in early 2023, as well as having 2 other books in the works! I have been chosen as the expert real estate agent for the state of Kentucky on STR Insights, an investors online program that shares profitable markets for short term rentals.

Nihada is the absolute best realtor I have ever worked with. As a repeat client, I have trusted her with multiple purchases (and sales) and know how hard she works for her clients. She is the kindest and warmest person who will do whatever it takes to make things happen for her people - whether it's connecting her clients to contractors to help get their house showing-ready or showing up with a paint brush to help! She does not back down when it comes to closing a deal. Nihada has been a spot of sunshine in a really difficult transition in my life and I am so grateful that I found her several years ago. I wouldn't THINK about going anywhere else.

Margot was absolutely wonderful! Between being first time home-owners and purchasing while out of state, we knew this would be a stressful experience. Margot took away so much of that stress. She was patient, explained the process thoroughly and walked me through every house I wanted to see on face-time. She provided informed answers to all my questions and made me feel secure in my decision when we found the home we loved. My husband and I feel very lucky to have found Margot. She is the best!

We absolutely LOVED Donna, and couldn’t have been happier with her professionalism and expertise! With Donna’s help we were able to stage our home quickly and then sell it in less than 24 hours. She was SO helpful between going under contract and closing too! I would highly recommend Semonin Realtors and especially Donna Gordon-Willoughby!

Carl Horton has always been an angel for me. He first helped me find a house almost 15 years ago and paid attention to my specific needs as a person needing a wheelchair accessible home that would also be great for my large family. He helped us find that home and it has served us well. Now as an empty nester with new plans and a new life on the horizon, he just helped me sell that home. The house he helped us find increased in value and was worth twice what we originally purchased it for which shows how Carl has not only an eye for a home that serves the needs of the buyer but will hold and increase its value as well.
Carl has been great and often went beyond what I would expect a realtor to do for selling our home. When I am ready to buy another house, you can count on me giving Carl a call. I'm not sure I would trust another realtor to do as well as I know Carl can.

We've bought and sold our fair share of homes over the years but I can definitely say working with Laura Mosher at Semonin was one the best experiences we've had with a real estate agent. She is highly professional and has a great attention to detail. Best of all she is calm and unopinionated which let us guide the process towards a conclusion that we were ultimately very happy with. I would highly recommend her and would not hesitate to use her again in the future should we need a real estate agent.

Chris was a true pleasure to work with. From the beginning to the end, he was friendly and helpful. He pointed out things in houses that we would have missed, asked all the right questions and was instrumental in helping us to find our forever home. He knew we had driven 6.5 hours to get to Kentucky from IL to look at houses and planned out the time efficiently so that we could see everything we wanted to. By the end of the day, we had found our happy place and he gave us great advice on on how to win the bid. He helped us in all aspects of the closing and contracts and was very quick to respond.
A few weeks later and we're enjoying the outstanding view off of our two back balconies.
Thank you for a great experience, Chris, as well as the welcome gifts and showing us true southern hospitality.
