Just posting this because I realized I never really expressed how amazing Landon is. I contacted him about almost 2 years ago to sell my grandmother's house and from the start he was nothing but informative and helpful. Came out, looked at the property, explained everything and worked with us through each of the steps to attempt to get it sold. Unfortunately due to family issues, we ended up not selling and even then when explaining why Landon was very understanding.
10000/10 the best type of service. He's a gentle soul and I wish him the best of the best. May his pillow always be cold and his days easy.

Landon is very professional and moves at a fast pace. He kept me up to date on thing that needed to be done and did not waste time. I would recommend him to family and friends. He is very fown to earth and easy to talk to.

Landon was awesome! We were living in another state started to look online at houses in the Roanoke area, so we searched for a realtor and were referred to Landon. We called him before ever coming to Roanoke, and he patiently answered all of our questions. We thought, “if everyone is as friendly as Landon then we can’t wait to move there!”
When we got to Roanoke, Landon had 3 house visits set up. We ended up putting an offer on the first house and Landon was very responsive and informative the entire time. When our offer was accepted, Landon set up the inspection and appraisal, and did the final walk through via FaceTime. Then when we moved in he had a welcome basket sitting on the kitchen counter; it’s hard to describe how appreciative we were after driving 1000 miles and having someone think of things like paper cups and plates, plastic silverware, snacks, etc. We were very fortunate to have Landon as our realtor and would refer him to anyone in the area looking to buy/sell a house!

Landon helped me and my wife find our starter home in 2018 and we were over the moon. We knew we would be going with him to find our forever home when the time was right. Well, the time was right and we drug Landon all across the area to look at houses. He is prompt, responsive, and actually cares. We are forever grateful to him as we start this next chapter in our lives in our forever home that he helped us find. Landon and his team have been wonderful to work with. We have enjoyed working with him so much that he has been our realtor twice now over the past 4.5 years. Landon is top notch! You can tell that he genuinely cares about his clients. He is devoted to finding you more than just a house. He works relentlessly to find you a place you can call home. I would 10/10 recommend Landon to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home in the Roanoke Valley!

Landon is absolutely wonderful to work with. He helped my wife and I purchase our first home (which was a great experience all around). Then, a few years later, he helped us sell that house and buy a new and better home. Throughout he was professional but personable, extremely helpful, and available any time I contacted him (which was sometimes way too early in the morning, but he never complained).
He made the whole experience as stress-free as possible for my wife and I and talked us through from start to finish. We went into this without any idea of what to expect. He took the time to answer any questions we had and explained things we didn't even realize we needed to be asking. There were multiple instances where he went well above and beyond to help us, going out of his way to make everything as smooth as possible. If you're a first-time buyer or seller then he is definitely the realtor for you. He is the only person we will ever work with when buying or selling a home. Twenty years from now that will still be true.

Landon killed it! My wife and my self are first time home buyers and Landon walked us through the whole process. We knew nothing about buying a home and he was able to answer all our question and explain what we didn’t understand. He understood what we was looking for and helped us with making the big decisions. He was honest and was always responsive. He was also flexible and timely, he was able to work with our schedule. He even offered to meet me at work on lunch break to handle some paperwork. We didn’t know the process could be so easy, but Landon made that possible. He even welcomed our 5 children to tag along and was very patient as they distracted us and explored the house. He actually helped stop one from going down some stairs we were not sure about. Over all he was amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone and already have, before closing.Thank you Landon!
