I am highly driven and passionate about what I do, with a focus on providing the highest level of personal service to my clients. Shawn is not only a fantastic realtor, but he is also an investor who understands the investor mindset. We had been looking for a while on our own to buy a Rehoboth Beach property, and with Shawn’s help, we finally bought one during the summer of 2020. He found the property before it hit the market because he knew our criteria and proactively reached out to us. He was very efficient and responsive before, during, and even after we closed. He has a great network of lenders, contractors, inspectors, etc. that made our closing process very smooth. We highly recommend Shawn to anyone looking to buy and invest in the Rehoboth Beach area!

From the beginning, Shawn was professional, friendly and very patient with us! He walked us through 7 properties that gave us a great sampling of the inventory in that area, providing advice and great insights along the way. Then helped us negotiate the price down and win. And he continues to help us answer questions and network post-sale as we bring our property online. I would buy with him again in a heartbeat!

The BP community came through, I'm happy to report. @David Guerrero introduced me to my Delaware realtor and fellow BP member @Shawn McDonnell While we were still in Colorado Shawn helped us narrow down our search to find something that fit our rather specific criteria. We ultimately bought a home in a STR friendly community in Lewes with a low HOA ($67/mo). Water access to the inland bays (boat ramp, kayak launch, boat docks, fishing/crabbing docks), community pool, clubhouse, playground etc. Friendly neighbors, great schools in the area and about 20 min to the beach.
The house we bought is exactly what we were looking for, a live in flip. Similar homes at the time were going for 350k and up, we were able to close on ours at 310k with a 3.25% interest rate on a double lot. All thanks to Shawn and his detailed knowledge of the area. Thanks again!

Shawn was great to work with throughout the entire process of buying a property in Rehoboth. Very knowledgeable and extremely responsive. We purchased a lot with a small home in the hopes we could build a larger home for our family. Shawn helped us with numerous things even after we had closed, including helping us get letters of support from neighbors when we found out we needed a variance. Definitely went above and beyond and we look forward to working with Shawn in the future!
