Kept an open line of communication and was reachable at any time. . We had a niche house to sell that required just the right buyer, that took some time and we didn't get on the market until summers end due to final repairs. But we did end up getting a buyer, and we found a great house to move into. The whole process went about as smoothly as you could hope for and we're very happy with our move. Jacob is very easy going and you are not hurting his feelings if the house isn't just right for you.

Jacob Hanson isn’t just a great realtor, he’s the best in town. From the moment you start working with him, you’re treated not just like a client, but like a friend. He’s incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I wouldn’t buy a home with anyone else. Truly the best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Jacob!

Simply Excellent. It simply isn't possible for me to say enough good things about Jacob. He was everything I hoped for and more and I'd recommend him to anyone in an instant. I know who my agent will be in the future if I'm ever in need of one again.
As slightly nervous first-time-home-buyers he did a fantastic job of walking us through the process, anticipating our needs, answering our questions, and helped us confidently make informed choices. He knew the market, understood what we wanted, and helped us find our dream home all while being a genuine joy to work with.
